Mr. Napoleon Clayburn, Sr.

Augusta, GA—Mr. Napoleon Clayburn, Sr., 85, entered into rest Friday, December 27, 2019 at Doctors Hospital.

He was born and reared in St. Louis, Missouri to the parents of Andrew and Mattie Mae Clayburn.

Survivors include Napoleon Clayburn, II, Wendall Clayburn, and Timothy Moore; sisters, Gloria Halbert of St. Louis, Missouri and Sheryl Stotts of Milwaukee, Wisconsin; and other sorrowing family and friends.

Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, January 4, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. from Trinity C.M.E Church, 2930 Glenn Hills Drive, Augusta, GA, Reverend Thomas Benjamin, pastor-eulogist.

Interment will be in Mount Olive Memorial Gardens. The remains will lie in state at the church from 10:00 a.m. until the hour of service.

I worked with Mr. Napo for many years he was always early for work and very outspoken. He always had words of wisdom for me. After his retirement I would check on him from time to time. I will miss my friend! Rest in peace Napo! Lorenzo, Sandy, and Jazmine...The Wilders
