Funeral services for Mr. Banks will be held Saturday, January 11, 2020 at 11:00am at Epiphany Baptist Church, 663 McDuff Ave S, Jacksonville, FL 32205. Visitation of friends will be held at the mortuary, Friday from 5-8pm and in the church Saturday from 9:30am until the hour of service.
