Obituary For John Louis Thomas

John Louis Thomas, 92 of Memphis, Tennessee passed on Sunday, January 5, 2020, at his residence in Memphis, Tennessee. Born Saturday, August 20, 1927 in Moscow, Tennessee, he was the son of the late Robert Thomas and the late Mary Ryan Thomas. Surviving are daughters, Eulah S Duncan, Evelyn J Jack (Kenneth) and Geraldine D Bussell (Lawrence), brothers, Elmo Thomas and Bobby Thomas (Mary), sister, Carrie Jordan; 6 grandchildren; Felicia, John Lawrence, Kevin, Lauren, Morgan and Kadarius 5 great grandchildren Courtney, Randell, Rickey Jr., Lamar Jr., and Amari and a caring niece Gloria. The family will receive friends from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM on Friday, January 10, 2020, at R S Lewis & Sons Funeral Home, 2944 Walnut Grove, Memphis, Tennessee. Funeral service will be at 11:00 AM on Saturday at LaGoshen Baptist Church located at 490 LaGoshen Road Moscow, Tennessee 38057. Interment will be in Memorial Park Southwood Cemetery, Memphis, TN.
