Mr. Roosevelt Theodore Williams, Jr., 77, departed this life Sunday, January 5, 2020 at an Augusta Hospital.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, January 18, 2020 at 11:00 A.M. at the St Mathews A.M.E. Church. Burial will be in The Benevolent Society Cemetery.

Mr. Williams was a native of Louisville, GA born to the parentage of the late Roosevelt Theodore Williams, Sr and Fannie Mae Hatcher Williams. Theodore was a member of the St Matthew A.M.E. Church, he attended the Jefferson County School System and was retired construction workers with Choate Construction Company. He retired in 2004 and returned to Louisville.

He met Inez Jenkins in 1978 and married August 2011.

Survivors include his wife, Inez Jenkins Williams, Louisville, GA; his children, Darin Williams, Victor Williams, Monica (Andrew) Williams Weems, Atlanta, GA; siblings, George (Roberta) Hatcher, Augusta, GA, Ruth (Clarence) Brookins, Philadelphia, PA, Juanita Evans, Miami, FL; fourteen grandchildren, twenty three great grandchildren; a God daughter and her 5 children, Chiquita Cooper, Louisville, GA; his loving dogs, Trouble Williams and Princess Williams. 7 brothers-in-law, 15 sisters-in-law; several nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.
