Arrie A. Carter, 95, of Harrisburg, transitioned into eternal glory on Monday, December 30, 2019 at Holy Spirit Hospital. A member of Baptist Fellowship Church and Order of the Eastern Star.

Arrie was the widow of Louis A. Carter, Sr. and in addition to him and her parents, was preceded in death by her son, Louis A. Carter, Jr. and daughter-in-law, Diann Harris Carter. She leaves to celebrate her life a host of grandchildren, great grands and friends. Her life will be celebrated on Wednesday, January 8, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. in the Sanctuary of her Church 1854 Market St. with visitation 10:30 until 11:00 a.m. and burial in Arlington National Cemetery next to her beloved husband.
