OPELOUSAS – Memorial services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 11, 2020 at Greater Shiloh Baptist Church, 217 LA-10, Opelousas, LA for Mrs. Shaquan Williams Leday, 43, who entered eternal rest on Saturday, December 21, 2019 at Ochsner Medical Center in New Orleans, LA. Rev. Robert Dupre will be officiating the memorial service. Mrs. Leday’s memories are being cherished by: her husband, Jeramie Leday of Opelousas, LA; her father, James Williams; one son, Jarrell Tucker (Adrian) of Opelousas, LA; five daughters, Tanaisha Cohen, Tamra Leday, Jermia Williams, Aleah Leday and Kylie Leday, all of Opelousas, LA; two step sons, Jeremiah Pickney and Javien Pickney, both of Opelousas, LA; four brothers, Jamel Williams (Angela) of Opelousas, LA, Rameek Defreats, Freedom Knight and Shmeek Williams (Tina), all of Brooklyn, NY; two sisters, Leah Knight of New Jersey and Asia Williams of Brooklyn, NY; mother-in-law, Marnita Stelly of Opelousas, LA; father-in-law, Leo Jones of Opelousas, LA; Godchildren, Nasem Williams and Gwendolyn Williams; and a host of relatives, and friends.
