I’d like the memory of me to be a happy one. I’d like to leave an afterglow of smiles when life is done. I’d like to leave an echo whispering softly down the ways, Of happy times and laughing times and bright and sunny days. I’d like the tears of those who grieve, to dry before the sun; Of happy memories that I leave when life is done.

Mrs. Frances Bullock, age 85, of Warren County, North Carolina departed this life on Wednesday, January 8, 2020 at UNC Chapel Hill Hospital in Chapel Hill, North Carolina.

Funeral services will be conducted Sunday, January 12, 2020 at 2:00 Pm at Boyd & Royster Funeral Services in Warrenton, North Carolina. Reverend Buffalo will deliver the eulogy. Burial will follow at Durham Family Cemetery in the Russell Union Community.

Frances always possessed a loving and kind soul, but now her absence has left cherished memories with her faithful and devoted daughters: Elnora Hendricks (Jack) of Manson, NC and Mary Taylor Atkins (Calvin) of Goldsboro, NC; a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great children, brothers and sisters-in-laws, nieces, nephews and cousins; and also a special caretaker - Saerqurie Hargrove.

The body will be on view Saturday, January 11, 2020 starting at 11:00 Am until 6:00 PM at Boyd & Royster Funeral Services in Warrenton, North Carolina.
