Ms. Frances Katrina Cobb of Waycross, Ga., & formerly educator for Pelham City Schools for 30 years (Retired), passed on Wednesday, January 8, 2020 at Capital Regional Center in Tallahassee, Fl. A Celebration of Life Service will be held Saturday, January 11, 2020 at 11:00 A.M. at Bethel A.M.E. Church, 223 Cooper Street, Pelham, Ga, Rev. Racquel Carter, Pastor-Officiating.
