Whitney "Breezi" Kennedy, 31, of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, passed away on Monday, January 6, 2020.

She was born on August 30, 1988, the daughter of Lisa Kennedy-Staff and the late Rowland Watkins. Whitney was funny, silly, and loyal to a fault. Once you got to know her, she became a part of your family and you a part of hers. Along with her mother and stepdad Bryant Staff, she is celebrated by her siblings: Chauntia Kennedy, Jasmine (Ashlee Kirksey) Kennedy, Troy Watkins, nephew Jelani Kennedy-Smith, grandmother Mattie Nash, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

The funeral service will be Thursday January 16, 2020 at Major H. Winfield Funeral Home Corp., visitations at 11am and the service beginning at noon.
