Obituary For Ban'tau Abdule Davis

It is with profound sorrow that the staff and management of S. Jones F. and C. announce the transition of a most valued and dedicated employee. After a courageous battle, Ban'tau Abdule Davis, 45, of Enfield, NC put down the cares of this world and entered into eternal rest on Sunday, January 12, 2020 in the comfort of his home.

He was the owner and operator of Davis Lawn Care and Davis Car Wash.

The family has reserved Friday, January 17, 2020 for family and friends to come and pay their respects and reminisce on the life of Ban'tau in the chapel of S. Jones F. and C. 6 pm - 8 pm.

A Service of Love to Pay Tribute to His Life will be held 1 pm, Saturday, January 18, 2020 in the auditorium of the Inborden Middle STEAM Academy 13587 NC-481, Enfield, NC 27823. His body will lie in state one hour prior to the service beginning at high noon.

Interment will follow in the Rest Haven Memorial Gardens.

Please Note - The attire for Friday evening is Team Jerseys.

****Saturday, honoring the request of the decease, the family is asking no memorial T-shirts with his picture to be worn during his Celebration of Life Service*****

I met this young man 5 years ago at Perdue.After several conversations I became a customer at Davis Car Wash. Ban'tau and his nephew ALWAYS done a superb job. He will definitely be missed at Perdue and I will miss our conversation about football on Monday during football season. My prayers & thoughts are with the family during this difficult time.

When I first met him thru his niece Shelia. We click right away. He ask me did I know his girlfriend which is his wife now. He said she went to St. Aug. I said okay. My best remember of my cousin was at the fish fry get together at my grandpa Wilbert house. Ban’tau said “Brittany you are the only child of your father that look just like him.
