Obituary For Dannie Banks

A Time to Be Born: Mr. Dannie Banks one of a set of twins born on December 3, 1971 to the late Ms. Ray Banks and Mr. B. J. Banks in Griffin, Georgia. He attended school and graduated from Lamar County Comprehensive High School in 1989. A Time to Laugh: The joy of his life was his family, friends, and other people he came into acquaintance with. When the family gathered, he would embrace everyone with his sense of humor. He served as a Supervisor for the Ready Pac Incorporation for over 14 years. He would be willing to give a helping hand to anyone who was in need. A Time to Die: He was preceded in death by his mother and his twin Mr. Rannie Banks. He departed this life on January 8, 2020 at the Upson Regional Medical Center. A Time of Peace: He is survived his wife Mrs. Pamela Crawford Banks of Barnesville, his father, Mr. B.J. (Linda) Banks of Barnesville, two daughters Ms. Brittney Jaraka Wilson of Stockbridge, Ms. Kanijah Meyona Banks of Barnesville, one son Mr. Jamirus Isaiah Banks of Barnesville,. Sisters Mrs. Linda (James) Hayden, Mrs. Melody (Carl) Ringer both of Jonesboro, and Ms. Sharon Banks of Barnesville. Brothers include Mr. Don Merritt of Jackson, GA, Mr. Elridge James (Susan) Banks Mr. Adrian (Meyous ) Banks, and Mr. Marcus Banks all of Barnesville. Sister-in-laws, Ms. Bridget Crawford, Ms. Sherri Crawford, Ms. Linda Penamon, Brother-in-laws Mr. Robert Crawford, Mr. James Rousseau, Mr. Kennedy Roussaw, Aunts, Catherine Whitman, Barbara Harris, Delores Jackson, Charlotte McClendon, Dorothy Jackson, Ruby Ann Jackson, Bonnie Banks, Brenda Banks, Dianne Banks, Juanita Taylor, Linda Edge, and Patricia Oneary. Uncles Mr. William Jackson, Mr. Anthony Jackson, Mr. Lonnie Banks, and Mr. Tony Banks, Devoted Friends Donnette Wellmaker, Tessa Joiner, and Timothy Hughley, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and many dear friends whom all will cherish his memory. Funeral Services were held Wednesday, January 15,2020 1:00 P.M. Sardis Missionary Baptist Church Interment Church Cemetery
