Nettles, officiating. Burial will follow in Eastwood Cemetery, Mr. Perkins will lie in state one hour prior to services, Phillips-Riley Funeral Home, Directing. Public viewing will be held on Friday from 12-8pm from Phillips-Riley Funeral Home.
