Obituary For Brother Pierce Lee Milton

Pierce Lee Milton, affectionately called Pelt, of Marianna entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, January 15th at the home of his daughter. He was 83 years old.

Pelt leaves a lifetime of love and memories with two daughters, Phyllis Holland of Greenwood, Florida and Debra Sherman of Marianna, Florida; his mother, Ms. Catherine McElroy of Marianna, Florida; two brothers, Fred Roulhac of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida and Ben Johnson of Marianna, Florida; eight grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

A homegoing celebration will be held Saturday, February 1, 12 noon at New Hoskie Missionary Baptist Church with Pastor Waymond Roulhac and Rev. Willis Long officiating. Interment will follow in the Pope Chapel Church Cemetery with arrangements entrusted to the Caring Staff at Peoples Funeral Home of Marianna.
