To the Henderson Family We take this time to express our condolences to the family of Samuel Henderson. Our thoughts and prayers go out to the family and friends during this hour of great sadness. I look forward to the time when you and I will witness with our own eyes the promise of God resurrection expression being extended to Samuel and a host of others who have fallen asleep in death. Yes God has told us from the scriptures that soon He would call to those in the grave to come out and stand up in life again.(John 5:28-29) Yes only God who is the source of life can make such a promise, and then to carry such a promise out.(Psalm 36:9) Yes even although a person dies, He can live again. With God nothing is impossible. Oh what a joyous time period this will prove to be. Can you envision Samuel and many other family members and friends who have died standing up in life. Well this is what God has promised us. In fact the above text serves as a personal guarantee that the resurrection to life will take place. There are nine accounts in the Bible that speaks about this grand arrangement that is near at hand. Here is just one such example that is recorded at John 11:32-44. I hope that all will be able to draw true comfort from these verses. So in closing we say please keep this promise near your hearts at all times. Remember that when God makes a promise, it becomes reality. For God does not lie.( Titus 1:2)
