Leonard Mulligan,71, husband of Patricia Mulligan of Burlington, New Jersey, died Monday, January 20th at his residence. Mr. Mulligan was the son of the late Mrs. Lucille Mulligan Barnes of Pocotaligo, SC. He was retired from Amtrak Inc.

Visitation: Sat., February 1, in the edifice of St. Phillip Baptist Church, twelve o'clock noon until the hour of service.

Funeral services will bee held on Saturday, February 1, 2020, one o'clock in the afternoon in the St. Phillip Baptist Church, 1089 Kress Road, Yemassee, SC. Burial will follow in the Frampton Cemetery.
