Celebration of the Life of David Charles Bailey will be held on Tuesday, January 28, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. at The John Stinson Woodward Memorial Chapel, 602 Howard St., Spartanburg, SC.

Burial will be in the East Spartanburg Cemetery.

The family is at the home of his brother, Jerry Bailey, 128 Lanier St., Spartanburg, SC.
