To the Green Family We take this time to express our personal condolences to the family of Marquite Green. Our thoughts and prayers go out to the family and friends of the family during this hour of great sadness. On this day we continue to remind families like the Green's to draw comfort from this wonderful promise from God. In this recorded promise, God reminds all grieving hearts that their love ones will live again. That promise is recorded at John 5:28-29 where He tells us that He would call to those in the grave to stand up in life again. True comfort can be found in knowing that God has given us His personal guarantee that life will be restored for people around the world. So all are confronted by this one question. Do we have faith that the resurrection to life will take place? Can you envision Marquite, and billions of others having their lives restored back to them? Even if we answer that our faith is weak, or that we are really not sure, we can build up our faith in this promise. This can be done by reading all nine accounts in the Bible that speaks about the resurrection hope from God. Here is just one such example that is recorded at Acts 9:36-42. So may all please keep this promise near your hearts at all times. Remember that it is impossible for God to lie.(Titus 1:2)
