Mr. Colquitt was preceded in death by his parents, Calvin, Sr. and Evelyn R. Colquitt; one sister, Annette P. Berry and one brother, David Colquitt.

He leaves to cherish his memories: his fiance', Daphene Neal Vaughn; two sisters, Barbara Denton and Carolyn Bowden; two brothers, Allen Cook (Margaret) and Kenneth Colquitt; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
