Lillie Mae (Doll) Denson Coney (80) was born in Sycamore (Turner County), Georgia on October 10, 1939. She was the beloved daughter of the late Henry Denson, Sr. and the late Lillie Kate Caldwell Denson. On January 28, 2020, she departed this life and entered into eternal rest.
Doll, as she was affectionately called, confessed and accepted The Lord, Jesus Christ as her savior at an early age. She joined Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church in Brookfield, Georgia and served untiringly on many auxiliaries. She was a deaconess; sung in the choir; served on the usher board, mother of the church, church secretary and treasurer. She remained a faithful member until she was called from labor to receive her just reward.

On January 25, 1958, Doll was joined in holy matrimony to the late Robert Thomas (Nick) Coney. To this union four girls were born.
