Obituary For Gloria Jean Moorman

Gloria Jean Moorman, 70, of Louisville died Friday, January 24, 2020 at Norton Hosparus Unit.

Visitation Thursday 5-6 February 6, 2020 at Forest Baptist Church 4500 Petersburg Rd. Celebration of Life Service to follow at 6pm. W. T. Shumake & Daughters Funeral Home in charge.

She leaves to cherish her memories, her children: Michael Foree, Jr (Mickey), Traci Clay, Tiffany Johnson, Tiffany Foree and Michelle Foree, eleven grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, two sisters: Marilyn Biggerstaff (Lexington, KY) and Belinda Mason-Wiatt (CA) and a host of children and young adults who she referred to as “My Babies”. Gloria has aunts, uncles, cousins and a host of other relatives and friends and she embraced “ALL”) with a brilliant smile and a loving hug.

She came and did my makeup for my wedding, she calmed me when I was losing it. And singing with her when I would sing in the choir was surreal. But when she came to see my singing in my show and told me I was a singer, I stopped breathing a little to try to hold that moment forever. Love Shona
