Obituary For Rev. Robert Lee Jordan Jr

Funeral Services for Rev. Robert Lee Jordan, Jr. 65 of Pinehurst will be held Saturday February 8,2020 at 11:00 a.m. at the Evergreen Baptist Church in Pinehurst Georgia. Interment in the Walnut Cemetery. Public Viewing will be held Friday February 7 from 1 to 6. Final rites have been entrusted to Coes Funeral Home, Unadilla.

Rev. Robert Lee Jordan, Jr., better known as “Bubba,” was born on April 22, 1954, to the parentage of the late Pastor Robert Lee Jordan, Sr., and the late Mattie Lee Carter Jordan. He departed this life on Saturday, February 1, 2020, at his residence. He was preceded in death by his wife, Pearl Jordan, and two sisters, Brenda Dean Jordan and Ada Mae Jordan. He accepted Christ at an early age and joined the United States Army in 1972. He leaves to cherish his memories: three loving children, Alicia (Calvin) Jordan of Jonesboro, GA, Robert Lee Jordan III of Warner Robins, GA, and Tawanna Shay (Corey) Sheffield of Cordele, GA; five grandchildren, Kweisi Jordan and Malik Jackson, both of Jonesboro and Tycorian Sheffield, Riene Thompson, and Ava Sheffield, all of Cordele, GA; two great-grandchildren, Ayden and Kaison Jordan, both of Norristown, PA; four caring sisters, Linda Burnam and Gloria (Lynn) Thomas, both of Pinehurst, GA, and Gwendolyn (Clifford) Taylor and Barbara Daniels, both of Unadilla, GA; three devoted brothers, Pastor Arthur (Anna Marie) Jordan, Sr., and Pastor Franklin (Mae Dorothy) Jordan of Unadilla, GA, and Dea. Earl (Lynda Ann) Jordan of Vienna, GA; one loving aunt, Sis. Eunice Jordan of Vienna, GA; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and many sorrowing friends.
