Obituary For Donald Ray "Burl" Whitlow

Mr. Donald Ray "Burl" Whitlow, 56, of Louisville, KY died on February 4, 2020 at University of Louisville Hospital.

Mr. Whitlow was a native of Horse Cave, KY and the son of the late Willie L. Percell & Esther Whitlow. He was a member of Mt. Lebanon Baptist Church in Louisville and an employee of Allied Drum Service.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by siblings, William "Cotton" Whitlow, Norma Jean Fulton, Angela Whitlow, Donna McGinnis and Tony Whitlow.

Survivors include two daughters, Donal Rochelle Whitlow (Marcus) and Gloria Belinda Tyler Booth (Ricardo); brothers, Tyrone Whitlow (Tisha), Mitchell "Duchum" Whitlow, Danny L. Percell (Andrea), Timothy Percell, Jeffery Percell (Marilyn), Gregory Ennis, Howard Rice and George Rice; sisters, JoAnn Smith (Carl), Deborah Perry, Peggy Whitlow, Melinda Whitlow, Jacqueline Rice Beamus, Faye Cheek, Donna Page, Trudy Percell,Trina Percell, Patricia Summers, Brenda Brown and Cheryl Starks; his girlfriend, Raylette Carr and four grandchildren, Ricardo Phillips, Genesis Phillips, DeMari Harbison and DeMisha Harbison.

Funeral service will be 2:00 pm on Saturday, February 8, 2020 at Mt. Lebanon Baptist Church in Louisville, KY. Burial will follow in Woodsonville Memorial Gardens in Rowlett, KY.

Visitation will be from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm also on Saturday, February 8, 2020 at Lebanon Baptist Church.
