transitioned on Wednesday, January 22, 2020 at her residence.

She was born in Lincoln County, North Carolina on February 5, 1941 the daughter of the late Tom Nixon and Louise Morrison Nixon.

Funeral service is Saturday, January 25, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. at Moore’s Chapel Baptist Church with burial to follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery, the family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Ebony & White’s Funeral Service is serving the Nixon family
