Billy Earl Scott, 60, peacefully entered into eternal rest on Thursday, February 13, 2020. Mr. Scott was the son of the late Sallie Scott and Paul Scott.

Left to cherish fond and loving memories are: his two brothers, Crawford L. Scott and Bobby J. Scott; his three sisters, Barbara Hardy, Debra Kerns and Shirley Williams; his two daughters, Brittany Nicole Scott and Caprisha Scott; his five grandchildren, Nehemiah Scott, Obadiah Littlejohn, Miracle Scott, Forever Eternity Scott and Ezekiel Smith; and a host of loving nieces and nephews who love him dearly.

He was preceded in death by: Paul Scott, Sr. and Tony B. Scott. Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 20, 2020 from 6:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. at The John Stinson Woodward Memorial Chapel, 602 Howard St., Spartanburg, SC.
