Louis Barnett, age 82, of Oakland, California, formerly of Athens, GA passed on February 6, 2020. Survivors include: his wife, Nell Barnett; one son, Michael Barnett, both of Oakland, CA; and one sister, Cordelia Allen, Athens, GA.
