Mrs. Louritha Baber, 68, of Jackson, Mississippi, formerly of Ackerman, Mississippi, passed on Friday, February 14, 2020, at the Wellstar Kennestone Hospital, Marietta, Georgia. Funeral Service will be Thursday, Feb. 20, 2020, at 11 a.m., from Greater Saint James M. B. Church, 1301 Jones Avenue, Jackson, MS 39204. Mrs. Baber, will lie in State at St. James, one hour prior to service time. A Second Funeral will be on Friday, at 11 a.m., from Mount Salem M. B. Church, 320 Dido-Mount Salem Road, Ackerman, MS 39735. Mrs. Baber, will be placed in the Church at Mount Salem one hour before service time. Burial will be in the Mount Salem Church Cemetery, Ackerman, Mississippi. Beck Funeral Home of Weir in charge of arrangements.
