WILLIAMS - Rutha L. King Williams, a resident of Richmond Virginia passed away on February 6, 2020. Funeral service will be held Saturday, February 22, 2020 at 11AM at St Andrew Missionary Baptist Church, 2600 W. 45th Street. Ms. Williams' remains will rest for visitation of family and friends on Friday, February 21, 2020 from 5-8PM at the MIXON TOWN CHAPEL of Q.L. Douglas Funeral Home, 2403 Edison Ave.
