Mr. Wilbur Foulkes Jr. age 92 of Valdosta Georgia. Mr. Foulkes was born on December 21, 1927 and departed this life on Tuesday, February 25, 2020.

Full Military Honors Services will be held Wednesday, March 11, 2020 at 10:00 AM at The Tallahassee National Cemetery - 5015 Apalachee Pkwy. Tallahassee Florida.
