Margaret Lipscomb passed on February 25, 2020.

She is survived by: her two daughters, Sue Ann Bogan and Ivera "Betty" Mitchell.

A Celebration of the Life of Margaret Lipscomb will be be held on Saturday, February 29, 2020 at 3:00 p.m. at The John Stinson Woodward Memorial Chapel, 602 Howard St., Spartanburg, SC.
