Funeral services for Mr. Frank Lee will be 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, March 11, 2020, at Simmons Funeral Home Chapel, 2868 Columbia Road, Orangeburg, South Carolina with Reverend Phillip Sharperson officiating. Interment will follow at Ft. Jackson National Cemetery, Columbia, South Carolina.

Mr. Frank Lee, son of the late Matthew Lee, Sr., and Amelia Isaac Lee, was born November 17, 1946 in Orangeburg County, South Carolina. He was the fifth child of this union. He was called home to eternal rest on March 4, 2020 at the Regional Medical Center in Orangeburg, South Carolina.

He was a 1966 graduate of George Washington Carver High School. He enlisted in the United States Army and served from 1967-1969 during the Vietnam War and was honorably discharged. After returning home, he worked various jobs. His hobbies were fishing and gardening.

Frank was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers.

He leaves to cherish his fond and loving memories, a son, Michael Lee; two adopted sons: Daryl Jennings and Shawn Jennings all of Orangeburg, SC; two sisters: Ethel L. Stokes and Janie M. Lee both of Cordova, SC; one sister-in-law, Bernice Lee of Orangeburg, SC; a very close friend, Charlotte Cleckley; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 10, 2020 from 12:00 noon to 7:00 p.m.
