Obituary For Leon "Hutball" Hurt

Mr. Leon “Hutball” Hurt, 62, of 120 Clopton Drive, Eatonton, Georgia departed this life Wednesday, March 11, 2020 at Navicent Health Baldwin in Milledgeville, Georgia.

Visitation hours will be Friday, March 20 from 11:30-3:00 P.M.; Bernard's, The Eatonton Chapel.

Funeral Services will be held 1:00 P.M. Saturday, March 21, 2020 at Free Gift Baptist Church, 235 Scuffleboro Road, Eatonton, Georgia 31024, Profit Lisa Jackson. officiating. Burial will follow at The Woods Place Cemetery, Milledgeville Highway.

Leon and Cleveland Hurt did many concrete jobs for me from 1994 until I left the Lake Oconee area in 2010. I always appreciated their diligence in all the work they ever did for me. I respected them very much. Rest In Peace, Sir.

Leon was a good dude that you could depend on. Leon poured my driveway and walkway to my dock. He also helped me on jobs I got doing the cement work. I was looking for him to do some cement work when I found this memorial. Last time I saw him was in a convince store in Milledgeville Ga 2 or 3 years ago. God Bless sir, I will miss you, David
