Mr. James William Poindexter, 76, of Axton, VA., died March 14, 2020. A Memorial Service will be held 1:00 p.m. Thursday, March 19, 2020 at Hairston Funeral Home Chapel, Martinsville, VA.

Mr Poindexter attended our small church which is Beckham United Methodist Church on several occasions. He was such a nice man and I would greet him with a hug after I got to know him. We will miss him visiting our small church. So sorry for your loss Lisa
