Funeral services will be held on Saturday, March 21, 2020 at 11:00AM from Sugar Ridge COC, Highland Home, Brother Sid Brown, Officiating. Burial will follow in churchyard cemetery, Mrs. McCoy will lie in state one hour prior to services, Phillips-Riley Funeral Home, Directing.

Public Viewing will be held on Friday from 12-8pm at Phillips-Riley Funeral Home Chapel.
