To the family members of Mr. John A. Clements and on behalf of my father (who is passed) and myself, please accept the Monroe family condolences for your loss. I remember John A. from my time at Horton. John was a clear thinker, a man who could see and interpret the whole picture without prejudice, a valuable man. And in my experience, John A. was a man who consistently did the right thing, a good man. Again I say, please accept my condolences for your loss. Respectfully with Best Regards, Mark Daniel Monroe
