Obituary For Mynisha Miller

The Governor of South Carolina advises to limit public gatherings to 50 guests or less to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Smith Funeral Home of Florence, LLC carefully considered this recommendation and ask that additional guest please participate via live-streaming if it is authorized by the family.

Private Funeral service for Ms. My’nisha Shanee Miller will be conducted 2:00 PM Wednesday, March 25, 2020 at J. O. & Annette Smith Memorial Chapel, 307 S. Johns. St. Florence, directed by Smith Funeral Home of Florence, LLC.

My’nisha was born September 15, 1990 to Delia (Odell) Bradley and the late Charles Reede, II. She was called home to rest on Thursday, March 19, 2020 at the age of 29 years young.

My’nisha, a Florence native graduated from Wilson High School Class of 2010.

My’nisha was employed with Wal-Mart and FedEx in Columbia, South Carolina, until her health declined.

My’nisha Shanee Miller was the Rock of the Family with A Heart of Gold!!!

My’nisha was preceded in death by her grandmother, Lisa Miller; grandfather, Charles Allen Reede, I; an aunt, Antoinette Ellison; great grandparents, Roscoe (Ruby Lee) Eaddy; grandfather, James Miller; great great-mother, Edell James; grandparents, Inez (Paul) Epps; and a host of uncles; aunts; two nephews; and one niece.

Loved ones living on to keep her memories alive are: her mother, Delia (Odell) Bradley of Columbia, South Carolina; a daughter, De’Aisa Rollins of Atlanta, Georgia, two sons, Jayceon Miller-Hopkins and Jamier Miller-Hopkins both of Columbia, South Carolina; four sisters, Bryanna Quarels, Manijah Wilson both of Columbia, South Carolina, Tashika Pompey of Richmond, Virginia, and Janeshia Humbert of Florence, South Carolina, five brothers, Rashard Walker and Jeremiah Bradley both of Columbia, South Carolina, Joli Cottingham and Keatae McLaughlin both of Florence, South Carolina, and Terrence Butler of Winston Salem, North Carolina; grandparents, Pastor Allen (Apostle Carla) Eaddy of Florence, South Carolina; grandmother, Julia (Willie)Reede Ishmell of Florence, South Carolina; four aunts, Ashley Lynch of Florence, South Carolina, Sierra (Randy) Williams of Elgin, South Carolina, Katherine (Jason) Reede and Karessa Latimore both of Concord, North Carolina; three uncles, Leon Miller of Baltimore, Maryland, Kelvin Michael Allen Belin of Atlanta, Georgia, and Lamar Ellison of Pamplico, South Carolina; her fiancé, Jeffery Hopkins of Columbia, South Carolina; two special friends, Rosalyn Harrell of Florence, South Carolina and Tawanda Timmons of Greenville, South Carolina; and a host of uncles; aunts; cousins; other relatives; and friends.

The family will receive friends at 1515 Gilbert Dr. Florence.

To all the Family and Friends, I'm sending my deepest condolences to you for your loss. I pray that God continues to strengthen your hearts and give you some peace during this difficult time. Mynisha was a beautiful person that always knew how to make me smile and everyone around her. God got her now and I know she's going to be alright because she's in good hands.
