Obituary For Jesse Henderson

Jesse Henderson, 65 of Blytheville passed away Monday, March 16, 2020 at his home. Jesse was born in Armorel, Arkansas to Elijah and Dellier Green Henderson on November 3, 1955. He accepted Christ at an early age and attended Mt. Nebo Missionary Baptist Church as a child. Jesse was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters, Pearlie and Flossie, seven brothers, Albert, Elijah, Jr., Robert, Freddie, Leon, Willie, and Eddie. Jesse leaves to cherish his memory, his wife Sabina Johnson-Henderson of the home; one son and daughter-in-law, Jesse and Dymon Henderson of Sikeston, Missouri, one daughter, LaShona Henderson of Blytheville, Arkansas; one brother and sister-in-law, Jerry and Stella Henderson also of Blytheville, Arkansas; one grandchild, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousin other relatives and friends. Visitation will be held Saturday, March 28, 2020 from 11:00 until services begin at 1:00p.m. at Morning Star Baptist Church, 1110 South Promise Land Road, Blytheville, Arkansas where Reverend Frederick Clay, Sr. is the pastor. Funeral services will be conducted following the visitation at 1:00 p.m. at the church with burial in Sandy Ridge Cemetery at Burdette, Arkansas. McDonald-Horne Funeral Home is in charge of services and arrangements. In compliance with the CDC's recommendations and the Arkansas Funeral Directors Association, these agencies have stated that it is important to keep funerals limited to the most immediate family members and to the smallest gathering possible!
