Obituary For Ms. Lillian Manning

Ms. Lillian Manning passed away Tuesday, March 24, 2020 at her residence. She was born May 27,1960 to James Henry Manning and Shirley Hamilton.

She is survived by her children, Shatora Blackwell, Sandra Lane and Nasir Manning; five brothers; ten sisters; ten grandchildren; one god-brother; and a host of other relatives and friends.

She will truly be missed by all.

A celebration of life service will be held at a later date.

Final arrangements are entrusted to Phillips Funeral Service Inc.
