A resident of Montgomery, AL departed this life on Tuesday, March 24, 2020. Graveside services will be held on Saturday, April 4, 2020 at 11:00AM from Eastwood Memorial Gardens, Rev. Jeffrey Owens, officiating. Their will be a public viewing held on Friday, April 3, 2020 from 12-5pm at Phillips-Riley Funeral Home.

Good morning my mother, I told you and I will write you again here I am today is June 1st 2020. I haven't started grieving yet like I should but I know I did all I could for you when you was here. I love you Mom I miss you Mom you take care love yourself take care of Dad and Pam and my baby brother William. I hope and pray when my time comes that we'll be together I have such a good time. Kisses 2 years and dad and pam, and my baby brother William. Also I love you and give her a hug and a kiss to grandmother two big mama the granddaddy to everyone that I miss in my family. Mom I want to cry sometimes, but look like I can't find it but I know one day it will come and that's when I probably go into a depressed state because I miss you so much. Grandmom was such a beautiful person inside and out she had a great personality and a funny sense of humor and she truly loved and cared about all members of her family deeply me and my daughters Holly & Haley(her great-grandkids) really miss her so much but I know that I take comfort in the fact that she is in a much better place and the world lost an amazing person with a huge heart & such a wonderful soul that day and the world is much lonelier without her but GOD has reclaimed a shining angel that I really hope to see again someday but if I could say one last thing to her if she was still her it would be that I am so proud to call you my grandma and my daughters are so lucky and blessed to have met you. I hope that you are always shining down upon us. I love you and miss you so much Grandma and may you truly rest in peace. -Tori

I Brenda Hobbie would like to say that I love my mother to the Moon and back. I know my mom is in a better place she is not suffering anymore. I would like to say I love you Mom I love you, I love you, I love you. Please look down on me from time to time to see that I'm doing good. To the Casby Family We take this time to express our personal condolences to the family of Sarah Casby. Our thoughts and prayers go out to the family and friends during this time of great sadness. May all please draw comfort and strength from this loving promise that God reveals to all. This promise will bring grand blessings to ourselves, but also to those who have fallen asleep in death. To those who are grieving at heart, please take note of this loving promise. The promise states that God would soon direct a calling to those in the grave, and that our love ones would respond to that calling by standing up in life again.(John 5:28-29) Oh what a wonderful time period this will prove to be. From the reading of the above text, God is giving us His personal guarantee that Sarah, and billions of people from around the world would have their lives restored back to them. Only God who is the source of all creative life, can make such a promise, and then to carry that promise out to its end.(Psalm 36:9) So can you envision this promise from God taking place? Do you see Sarah and other family members or friends who have died standing up in life again? This promised arrangement from God will take place. In fact to help all to develop strong faith in this, God preserved nine accounts in the Bible that speaks about the resurrection blessings soon to take place earth wide. Here is just one such example that is recorded at Acts 9:36-42. I hope that all will be able to get a chance to see how the verses apply to Sarah, and a great host of others who await their awakening from the deep sleep of death. So please keep this promise of God near your hearts at all times. Remember that when God makes a promise, it becomes reality. For God does not lie.(Titus 1:2)
