Obituary For Bryan Alan Simon, Sr.

MR. BRYAN ALAN SIMON, SR. ‘BUBBA’

Homegoing Services for Mr. Bryan Alan Simon, Sr., who passed on March 19, 2020, will be held on Saturday, March 28, 2020, at 10:30 a.m., at New Salem Primitive Baptist Church, 1605 N. Nebraska Ave., Tampa, FL 33602. Interment will be at Rest Haven Memorial Park.

Mr. Simon was born on October 1, 1983, in Tampa, FL, to the parentage of Annierea Grace and David Simon, Jr. He was educated in the public schools of Hillsborough County. “Bubba,” as he is known as, never met a stranger he could strike up a conversation with anyone anywhere, and that is one of the many things that made him an all-around good guy.

He was preceded in death by: his maternal grandmother, Mrs. Maxine Cherry, his maternal grandfather, Mr. Joseph Grace, and paternal grandfather, David Simon, Sr.

Bryan leaves to cherish in his awesome memories: his parents, Annierea and David Simon, Jr., his daughter, Trinity Simon, her mother, Tiearra Jones; his son, Bryan A. Simon, Jr., his mother, Angela Anderson; sisters, Lucrecia Lofton (Antouin), Chauncey Holton (Kevin, Sr.), Sade Simon (Louis), Tyesha Simmons (Thomas) and Tierra Pierce; brothers, Antonio Simon, Sr., (Chanlet), Lamarion Solomon (Maria), and Andre Newton; grandmother, Lossie Mitchell; aunts, Dondrea Grace (Sheldon) Angela Freeney, Cheryl Jacobs (Jake), and Eunice Thomas; uncles, Anderson Wells, Larry Grace, Darryl Patrick, and Willie Wells; nieces, Charkita, Raquel, Zykira, Ke’Niyah, and Ke’Lea; nephews, Charles, Jr., Robert, Jadin, Ramon, Antonio, Jr., Ankwon, Anthony, Amare, Amarion, and Kevin, Jr.; cousins: Shannon, Znere, and Octavia; godparents, Gerald (Coach Duke) and Debra Scott; godsisters, Lesley Thomas, Alayah and Alexis; special cousins, Tara, Commisyon, Derielle, and Kalisa; close friend, Dereck (BG) Henderson; and a host of grandnieces, grandnephews, cousins, and friends.
