Mrs. Dudley will be tremendously missed. Her sweet, nurturing spirit was always the first impression she gave when you saw her. My brother and sister had the honor to have her as an elementary school teacher, but it felt like she was a teacher to all that met her. Dominick George

I've always called her 'Auntie' since my dad introduced her to me when I was a little girl. What I remember most about our visits to her house was the scrumptious pound cakes that she would share with us over some coffee. Well, Auntie, as I stood next to my lilies this morning, I ate a piece of pound cake and had some coffee to celebrate you! In fact, every March 2nd will begin with pound cake and coffee! I know that you and my dad, Gus Colson, are up there laughing, talking, having cake and coffee like you used to.

I taught with Inez many years ago at Gilchrist. She was such a good teacher and wonderful, caring person. The world was such a better place since she was in it. Pat Simpson Riedell

Jason, Alonzo and Harvey, We were so saddened to hear of the passing of your mother. We remember her as a lovely lady, a wonderful neighbor and a "Super Mom" to you three boys, and often to Tracey as well. Our thoughts are with you during this difficult time. Bill & Betty Martin

I, Willie Jackson, of Lithonia, Georgia am a cousin of Inez. I loved her because when I was a little boy, she was one of the few cousins to visit me and my family on Preston Street in Tallahassee. She has always been so loving to me and my wife over more than 50 years. I remembered when we hosted the Robinson Family reunion in Memphis, TN in 2001, she was the only one who wrote me a lovely thank you letter after the reunion. I tried to visit her every time I visited Tallahassee. I will miss her greatly. I trust God will give peace and comfort to the family. We will send a donation to her church in her honor. Love, Margaret and Willie Jackson of Lithonia, Georgia
