Dearest Darlene, I was truly sorry to hear of the passing of your mom Charlotte, who was one of the kindest person one could meet. You and I go back many years and I don't think I've never seen you out without your mom with you. As you shared a very close and blessed relationship. Surely, she will be missed, but she lives in your heart. My sister, as we live in the Faith, you know you will see her again in eternity as Sister Charlotte was a strong believer in Jesus Christ. I am praying that the Holy Spirit (The Comforter) will bring much peace and comfort to you and your family during this time. You will be in my continued prayers. --Rhonda Anderson

"Good Morning Sister Charlotte" is how I always greeted her as she would walk down the middle aisle to get to her seat @ ALCC's Sunday Morning Services but not before we of course would exchange special hugs and I would comment on "How Nice" she looked and especially her lipstick!!! She would give me that special little laugh and that Big Beautiful Smile, then she would continue her journey to her seat. I'm truly going to miss that and Darlene... My prayers are with you and your family...you know your mom meant a lot to me.. Angela Edgerton

What enjoyable times Charlotte and I had as we sat around her kitchen table and talked. We both love Jesus and now she's really with Him. May the family and friends experience the comfort of the Holy Spirit until we see her again. Eva Sutton, Summerfield, Florida.

I worked with your mother at William Byrd Press and just loved her! While there we remembered that she worked in the cafeteria at Battlefield Park with my aunt , Donnie Hall. I also went to school and rode the school bus with her kids. Sweet family.

"Mom Charlotte" as we affectionately called her was a true inspiration to us; such a wonderful woman of God. She was always there with support and encouragement for us in our early Christian walk. This encouragement continued into the preaching ministry God assigned to us. "Mom Charlotte" would always send encouraging cards, Scriptures and insightful words at just the time we needed them most. We will truly miss her, but her influence will continue through us to others. Family, we extend our love and prayers to you. Rev. Dr. Evans and Rose White
