Stanley Robert “Winkey” Brown, 82, husband of Joyce Green Brown died Friday, March 27, 2020 at McLeod Health Clarendon, Manning, SC. He was born April 30, 1937 a son of Henry Brown and Eleanor Brown.
Funeral services for Mr. Brown will be held 11:00 AM Friday, April 3, 2020 at Hayes F. Samuels Sr., Memorial Chapel, 114 North Church St., Manning, SC.

The CDC advises limiting gatherings to 10 people or less. Public viewings will follow this recommendation. No more than ten people at a time will be allowed in the funeral home for viewing. My beloved brother in law, Wink, he a good guy, one of the best, the man! Wink was always there for our family, in trouble/sad and good/happy times, he was always there for our family. Not in a loud voice look at me, but a loving lending a hand or joining in the fun time, Wink was there, the man. I loved him and you will be missed and long remembered, Sorrowful submitted, Barbara, or as Wink would say, "Barb".
