Gretta, I met you when I started as a crossing guard 5 years ago. We worked a block apart from each other. You were a heart warming, understanding and kind person. I am truly going to miss you. These last few months of your illness, we talked several times on the phone. I hope my words were encouraging to you as your words were to me. You are with God now, the Father you talked about and loved so dearly. You were delightful and it was an honor to know you. God blessed your family and friends. Loved you, Maxine Thomas

To the beautiful family of Greta. She was an amazing person. She had the sweetest heart that is unmeasurable. Always had a kind word and a big smile. I have great memories that I will always cherish. I had the opportunity to travel out of town with her and my BFF Marilyn. We had the best time of our life. No one can out pray this beautiful lady. Her love, faith and child of God had earned her a place in heaven to now dance, shout and just have a good time with her mom and all the love ones that is standing to the heaven gate waiting for her to come through. I'm sadden and joyful that she is in a place that God has prepared for his loving angel. Love Linda Gail Thomas Reid

Auntie I am going miss you. I can't fully wrap my head around you being gone. My mom and I just talked to you on the phone and we were supposed to come see you. We all were sick and didn't want to get you sick so we didn't come see you. Now it is eating me up inside that I didn't get to tell you how much I loved you (although you knew because I told you every time I seen you). Your friends at Dinsmore miss you and they have been asking Coocoo lala how you been. Mrs. Reese said you will always be remembered as part of Dinsmore Bears. Auntie I will see you again when God calls me home. Dance and sing with Jesus now as that is what you loved to do. Thank you for loving my, family, my kids, and me unconditionally. Love always, Brandy Booth (Miss Piggy)
