Aunt Ruthie you were one of the most beautiful flowers in the family. I have so many wonderful memories of you. I remember sitting and talking to you in 2016, and the positive memories that we shared were immeasurable. You have always been special to me, and I am so thankful to God to have shared some amazing memories with you. I am thankful that you suffer no more and in heaven with your parents, brothers, and sisters. Tell my mom that I love and miss her dearly. I love you Aunt Ruthie. RIH

To HONOR you MOTHER comes easy for me, because you proved to be a Wise, Strong, Faithful, Loving, and Hardworking woman, who always did what was necessary to take care of your seven children. I told you many times how I was grateful to you for training us up in the way we should go, and that training has not departed from me. You gave all of us that Firm Foundation who is JESUS Christ, and for this along with many, many other things I am grateful. I am happy glad that God chose you to be my Mother, because you taught me a lot of things, that I implement in my life even as an adult. I believe that God has said,"COME" and you went to enter in through the gates into the city, and have partaken of the tree of life. Well, for now I will say see you later Mother, and enjoy our Lord & Saviour Jesus Christ. Love your daughter Cynthia Gooden.

Mom you were the best mother that I could ever have. You took good care of us when we were kids. You work all day and all night to make sure we had everything we needed and I thank you for that from the bottom of my heart. So now Mom you don't have to worry anymore you could rest. God is going to take care of you and I'll never forget you Mom you will always have a place in my heart. I remember the time when I was a little kid and used to get in trouble all the time when it was time to get a whooping I used to run and hide in the closet my mom would always come in the room and tell me bring you're shaking behind out of the closet because you are going to get a whooping..lol.. so Mama rest well I love you very much Mama. Love you daughter Vivian

Aunt Ruthie, you have been a pillar in our family for as long as I can remember. Memories from my childhood were formed around gatherings at your house on Chester. You always made me laugh and it saddens me that I won't be able to joke around with you anymore. Over the past few years, we've lost so many family members, but it makes my heart smile knowing that you are reunited with your sisters, daughter and nieces. Rest well auntie! Love always, Kenya.
