Graveside funeral services for Ms. Thelma Louise Dillard, 83, will be held Wednesday, April 22, 2020 at 11:00am at First New Hope Cemetery in Toomsuba, MS. Rev. Lawrence Kirksey, Pastor of Fairview Baptist Church will officiate. Viewing will be at the graveside.

Ms. Dillard was a caregiver. She leaves to cherish her memory, 5 sons, Eddie Fisher of Sandusky, OH; Billy Ray Willis of Lisman, AL; Gus Dillard, Jr of Shreveport, LA; Richard Dillard of Meridian, MS and John Dillard of Shreveport, LA; 5 daughters, Geraldine Dillard, Sandra Jackson, Deborah Culpepper and Sally B. Huggins all of Meridian and Angela Griggs of Bossier, LA.; 38 grandchildren , 14 great grandchildren and 5 great-great grandchildren.

Due to the nationwide pandemic of COVID-19 there will be safety spacing at the funeral home during visitation and services. The indoor requirements listed by the Governor of the State of Mississippi and the Mayor of Meridian lists 10 people allowed indoors at 1 time and 25 allowed outside. Please govern yourselves accordingly.
