Our deepest sympathy to the family from Shay,Pat and Derian. We meet Mrs. Balinda and Mr. Fred about 11 years ago when my son became one of the babies that they both took part in raising as her own in their in-home daycare. Fred was a great guy! He and I worked together for many years at GP. He was the kind of person that would always step up when asked. We had many conversations not only about work, but about life. This is so tragic as he has left us way too early. Rest In Peace my friend. The family will be in my prayers. Bennett White
