Obituary For Mr. Willie Stevenson

Mr. Willie B. Stevenson departed this earthly life on Sunday, April 26, 2020 at The Shannon Gray Rehabilitation Center. He was born on December 25, 1944 to the late Ruthie Mae Stevenson. He was also preceded in death by one brother, James Stevenson.

Prior to his declining health, he enjoyed playing his bass guitar and played with several local bands. He was a courageous and selfless Vietnam Veteran.

Those left to cherish his memoires are his sisters, Caregiver, Eddie Mae Moore, Eula Lee Strickland, Janice S. Robbins and Darlene S. Anderson; and a host of nieces and nephews.

A private service will be held Friday, at Phillips Funeral Service Chapel. A private interment will be at Salisbury National Cemetery. Mr. Stevenson will be viewed Thursday from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Phillips Funeral Service.

The family would like to thank Dr. Linda Charron and staff at the Shannon Gray Rehabilitation Center.
