Obituary For Sampson Demond Williams

Titusville, FL

~OBITUARY~

"The Lord is my Light and my Salvation; whom shall I fear? The Lord is the strength of my life; whom shall I be afraid?" (Psalm 27:1)

We pause here today, to pay our last respects to our departed son, brother, grandson, nephew, cousin, and friend, who departed this life on Saturday, May 2, 2020, at Parrish Medical Center, Titusville, Florida.

Sampson Demond Williams was born August 10, 1996, the son of Laveria Vonzetta Housey and Sampson Williams in Beaufort County, South Carolina.

Sampson was a graduate of Astronaut High School, Titusville, Florida. During his youth years, he attended First Estill Baptist Church, with his grandmother, the late Mary S. Williams. After relocating to Titusville, he attended church with his neighbor. He traveled to Virginia Beach, Virginia to reside with his aunt, Selena, for a short period then he returned to Titusville until God called him home.

He was employed with Dollar General as a stocker. "Lil Sampson" as he was affectionately called was a loving, and quiet person who always stayed to himself. He loved playing basketball, watching WWF, and playing his Play Station 4 was his passion.

"The future is not ours to know, and it may never be, so let us give our best, never anticipating or doubting the power of our Savior; asking nothing of tomorrow except-THY WILL BE DONE."

Our loved one has been taken, but God has gained another angel. On Saturday night, Sampson was called home to be with the Lord. Peace comes to us knowing that he is not suffering with pain and hopelessness.

As he enters his new life, he will be greeted with love from his grandparents: Eugene (Mary) Williams, James (Mattie) Housey; One aunt: Betty (Willie) Mickle; One cousin: Sinahya Housey.

For those we love just don't go away, but they walk beside us each day, Unspoken, Unheard, Unfelt, but always near, we still love you, miss you, and wish you was here.

He leaves to mourn: His mother: Laveria V. Housey, Titusville, Florida; His father; Sampson Williams, Gifford, South Carolina; Two brothers: Dashawn Housey, Darius Housey, both of Titusville, Florida; One sister; Yasmine Williams, Titusville, Florida; Maternal grandparents: Starleen Housey, James (Alberta) Smith Jr., both of Estill, South Carolina; Six uncles: Leon (Denise) Housey, San Diego, California, Devin (Tabitha) Williams, Titusville, Florida, Jerome Smith, James Smith III, both of Estill, South Carolina, Ronald (Queen) Williams, Scotia, South Carolina, Eugene (Hattie) Williams, Newark, New Jersey; Seven aunts: Selena H.
