Obituary For Mary Louise Burns

Mary Louise Burns life came to an end on Wednesday, April 29, 2020 at the age of 79 at her residence in Franklin, Tennessee. Mrs. Burns was born on November 25, 1940 in Franklin, Williamson County to late parents of Robert McKissack and Marie Watson McKissack. . She leaves to cherish her many memory her children, Cheryl Fleming, Monica Burns and Anthony (Shelita) Burns; grandchildren, Taquisha Fleming, Cherlia Fleming, Shanequa Burns, Alisha Burns, Antavius Burns and Samari Burns; great grandchildren; Tavion Fleming, Anissia Fleming, Taylor Fleming, Ashton Fleming, Aayden Fleming, Harper Fleming, JoCoryia Burns; brothers, Robert McKissack, Jr. and William Edward McKissack; sisters, Grace McClain, Virginia Hendricks, Patricia Hodge and Beverly (John) Booker; nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends. Special thanks to Avalon Hospice Staff, Dr. Kelly Synder & Staff, Dr. Elizabeth Lyons & Staff and caregivers.

Mrs. Burns will lie in state on Friday, May 8, 2020 from 2 until 5 at the funeral home.

*** Due to COVID-19 there is a limit of how many people can enter the chapel at a time but everyone will be allowed to flow in to view as well as speak to the family and flow back out to allow others the same opportunity. In order to enter the funeral home for viewing you MUST have on a mask and gloves per new regulation for the funeral home. You are responsible for supplying your own masks and gloves as well ***

Private Graveside Service will be held for Mrs. Burns at a later date
