I'm thankful for being apart of Jimmy's life when I first met him my grandma dropped me off like a step child at his shop I didn't know who he was or what he was about. But as I grew to know him he was a God fearing loving person to be around. I remember when we said I do and I was shocked because I never thought someone would love me genuinely as much as he did I never thought I would have found someone that as so much love to give. But I was really happy I said I do and married the love of my life even though I never understood how God worked but I knew he was in my life for a reason and I'm thankful that someone thought so much of me and taught me so much that I will cherish forever and always. I have been knowing him since 2014 and I'm thankful that I met such a powerful strong him being like him and I'm also thankful to have shared. Love your baby Lilbit the nickname you gave me.

I'm thankful to have been a part of my Uncle Jimmy's journey. My fondest memories as a child are mostly centered around annual family reunions during the 4th of July holiday. Uncle Jimmy loved making his nieces and nephews laugh, run, scream, and enjoy the holiday fireworks. He will be missed... grateful for the "good times!" Rest in God's peace and heavenly care. My condolences and prayers of comfort and healing to the family~ Love, Neicy (niece)

Where to begin, you were such an amazing man. Your spirit & smile were contagious. You always greeted me with a smile & words of encouragement. When I was going through things with friends you always provided a listening ear & sound advice. Even when I struggled to move past situations, you let me cry on your shoulder until I was strong enough to let go. Everything that you taught me about my Chevy I still know, how to check my tire pressure/oil & change my headlights. Hope that I'm making you proud! I appreciate you & will miss. I'm praying for your family during this time. Your Friend, Sherika "Lil'Razorback"

Words alone are not enough to express how I feel about Uncle Jimmy ( adviser, baby sitter, entertainer and guardian) always in my heart.

Our love goes out to the family. I will miss Mr. JD. I just moved here from New Jersey and was looking for a mechanic. A friend of mine introduced me to Mr. JD, and that was 25yrs ago. Mr. JD was not only my mechanic but a wonderful friend. He shared his wisdom and knowledge with my boys and me and made us feel like family. Thank You, JD, for all the love and support, WE WILL MISS YOU!!!!!! Donna and Chris
